Meet Your Community Facilitators
Mansal Denton "Little Beaver"Â is the founder and author of Sacred Hunting. His most profound rite of passage was serving time in the Texas State Penitentiary. Over the past 3 years, he has facilitated over 60 in-person transformational retreats for hundreds of men. He leans heavily on Authentic Relating and Internal Family Systems.
His indigenous name comes from a Crow Sun Dance chief. His spiritual lineage is derived from 9 years of mentorship from a Muskogee/Creek medicine man named Will "Star Heart".
Sacred Hunting Facilitators are both knowledgeable about the practice of hunting and also speak the language of reverence, appreciation, and transformation. Each of the 21 Facilitators has gone through extensive training and consistent mentorship to lead events in regional chapters all over the country including California, Oregon, Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, Wyoming, Texas, and the Northeast USA.Â

Each Sacred Hunting Immersion that is organized by a facilitator will come with hard costs including land rentals, lodging, and food. We will pass along this cost to each participant adding nothing extra because you are a member. There will be a small facilitator fee per person to allow the organizer to be compensated for his time and energy.
The Community Membership is housed in a program called Mighty Networks. This program is super simple and we have created tutorials to navigate the program early on. Being active in the community online is NOT a necessity, however many of the resources and preparation materials will be housed therein.
No. Given the frequency of the events, not all will contain medicine. Approximately 50% of the events will include medicine (and most of these are Beginner Immersions). As usual, it is always optional to use medicine.
Yes, although we do require an annual contribution to join the community, it can be broken into 3 installments here or Premium here.
Once you've contributed to the membership, you will get instant access to the online portal. This will include Live Events, which you can choose from. You will also have access to many consistently updated resources, such as cooking demonstrations, gear lists, and vendor discounts. You may also ask questions within the community when you need help.
Occasionally, a hunting trip will be oversubscribed. We will create a lottery system that allows each member to accrue preference points/credits (from each month of membership) that can be applied to the lottery. If a member wins a lottery, the preference points will go back to zero.Â
Generally, no. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, it is challenging to issue refunds in an organization like this, but if some extraordinary circumstances arise (such as the Vegan Guarantee), it is possible
Once you join, we will only consider refunds for dramatic philosophical or life changes... like going Vegan. You can get a refund if you decide to go vegan.
