Join David Sutcliffe and Mansal Denton on 3 life-changing experiences to become the strong, integrated man our chaotic world needs.
For generations, men's role in the culture was clear and well-defined: lead, support, provide and protect.
But as society has changed, and gender roles have undergone a revolution, many men feel confused and uncertain about their place in the world.
Masculinity, once defined by self-responsibility, strength, courage, and perseverance, has come under attack.
We’re being told we must change. We need to be softer, gentler, less aggressive, and more in touch with our feelings.Yet at the same time, the challenge to "man-up" and the pressure to succeed in a fiercely competitive world is as strong as ever.
These mixed messages, and a generation of boys raised without strong role models, have left men in a crisis. We're falling behind at every level of education. There's an epidemic of addiction to drugs, alcohol, and pornography. Suicide rates are at disturbing levels. Too many men are living aimlessly without purpose or meaning, feeling lost, isolated, lonely, and disembodied.
Now more than ever, men need brotherhood, support, and accountability. And places to unburden our shame, feel our pain, express our fear, and reclaim the power and goodness of our true masculine essence.
The anger and frustration in the culture is a call for us to stand up and show up in a new way.
Powerful men and healthy masculinity are essential to a balanced, thriving, and peaceful society.
This "new masculine" is not a repudiation or denial of our ancestral traditions, but an integration of old and new: strong, wise, loving, tender, fierce, powerful, and creative.
It's time, once again, for men to take responsibility for our lives, to align ourselves with our deepest truth and good intentions, and bring our gifts to the world in humility and service.
Bi-Weekly Connection, Challenges & Accountability
Men desire consistent connection and accountability. Each of the 6 months, we will deep dive together to prepare for our epic quests.
Deep Feeling Workshop
This transformative workshop catalyzes self-discovery and emotional liberation. We use Core Energetics to explore your inner world and harness the power of emotional expression.
Resilience Training
Fasting, and enduring the elements is a cornerstone of masculine growth. Our weekend resilience training will test each man to the limit in the ways of our ancestors.
Sacred Hunting
In indigenous cultures, a boy did not become a man without the rite of passage of hunting. This immersive weekend will be the final step of this container returning as a new man.
Mansal Denton "Little Beaver" is the founder and author of Sacred Hunting. His most profound rite of passage was serving time in the Texas State Penitentiary. Over the past 4 years, he has facilitated over 70 in-person transformational retreats for hundreds of men. He leans heavily on Authentic Relating and Internal Family Systems.
His indigenous name comes from a Crow Sun Dance chief. His spiritual lineage is derived from 9 years of mentorship from a Muskogee/Creek medicine man named Will "Star Heart".
David Sutcliffe is a Somatic Psychotherapist, a Certified Core Energetics Practitioner with over 15 years of experience. He is also a trained hypnotherapist, a mindset expert, and has extensive experience with indigenous spiritual practices like the sweat lodge, vision quest, and sun dance.

Each experience will be approximately 3-4 days. The dates are as follows:
This will be a low 5-figure investment for the entire 6-month container. The exact investment will depend on the payment plan you choose.
Each man will be added to our text group. We will have 1-1.5 hour bi-weekly calls to prepare for in-person experiences. While lodging and food during the retreats is included, airfares are not.
To the Lakota, the sweat lodge or "inipi" was a "sacred place" for prayer and rebirth. We use the inipi as part of our container.
Many tribes went without food, water, and shelter in order to be humbled by nature and learn from her. We will incorporate minor fasting periods as part of the Resilience Training.
